Dear Juniors and Parents,
Welcome to the 2010 season. After a freezing winter, it’s nice to look ahead to a summer of tennis. And if you have not yet tried the new artificial clay courts, give them a go, they are terrific! There are many exciting things planned for this season, aimed at players of all levels. There are some minor changes in the programme this year. In particular American tournaments will be organised on Friday Club Nights on the first Friday of every month. There will be prizes for the winners and a special merit award for the individual with the most helpful and sporting attitude.

Prestbury Junior Tournament
Finals day is on Sunday 27th June. The tournament will be run by Julia Furness- details below. Check notice board for entry details
Friday night is club night
Junior Club Nights will run from Friday April 9th and run through to October 29th. The format will be the same as last year:
JUNIOR CLUB NIGHT - FRIDAY
3.30 – 5.00 pm Age 8 to Year 6
5.00 – 6.30pm Year 7 upwards
A coach will supervise these sessions. There is no charge to club members. Juniors may bring a guest to club night, subject to a guest fee of £1, payable on the night. A guest may only attend twice in a season, thereafter must become a junior member before attending any further club night sessions.
