Members' Social Tennis

Join us on Wednesday and Friday Club Evenings throughout the year from 6.30pm onwards. These evenings are a great way to get to know others and play mixed, men's and ladies' doubles. On Wednesdays, a facilitator helps arrange groups according to ability. There are regular barbecues on Friday evenings. The bar is open for drinks following the tennis.

A further 'turn up and play' opportunity has been added to the club schedule, for members who are available during the day - men or ladies of all abilities - on

Sunday morning from 10 am - 12.30; Men's social tennis. Just turn up and mix in.

Bar is open for drinks.

Tuesdays 1.00 - 2.30pm; Ladies' Coaching followed by general play. Everyone welcome.

Wednesdays 1:00 - 2:30; Afternoon Mix-in, no booking required, just turn up.

American style tournaments are held on Bank holidays (May 2nd, May 30th and Aug 29th). All abilities welcome. Turn up at 1.45 pm. £3 entry fee includes tea and cakes.

Friendly Club Matches

 Friendly matches will be organised with several local tennis clubs again this year. These take place from late June to early October and are an opportunity for those who do not normally play for the club teams to experience some competitive play against other clubs.
